I. General terms

When accessing to Laman’s Website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”), passengers automatically accept the following set terms and conditions of using (hereinafter referred to as “Using Condition”). Passengers are kindly requested to regularly check “Using Condition” to be updated with the latest revision. Laman has the rights to modify, revise, supplement or diminish the contents of “Using Condition” at any time. If passengers still access to our Website after changes are made, it means that you accept such changes.

e. To manage, analyze, assess the data to formulate selling policy and Passenger serving policy in the most suitable way;

g. To contact with Passengers to solve your requirements;
h. To ensure railway security, safety and increase the safety of online payment transaction.

The “Using condition” is regulated by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The Court of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is the sole body which is liable to solve all related disputes.
7. Criterion and conditions of using e-ticketing system
7.1. Scope of application
The following condition is solely applicable to the functions for seat reservation and online ticket in the Website. When using these functions, Passengers automatically accept and obey all instructions, terms, conditions and notes in the Website, including but not limited to the above-mentioned Using Condition. If passengers do not intend to buy ticket online or do not agree with any terms or conditions stipulated in the Using Condition, please STOP USING this function.
7.2. Conditions for using online ticket buying function
a. Online ticket buying function is only used for personal and non-commercial purpose. It is impossible for passengers to modify, duplicate, disseminate, translate, display, announce, create hyperlinks, transfer or do business from the information, software, product or services available from online ticket buying function.
b. Online ticket buying function will support Passengers in searching information and completing procedures to buy service product in the valid way. However, passengers are not permitted to access or use the Website if they abuse this function. In case there are any losses caused by violation of Website using condition, we have the right to suspend or lock passengers’ account forever.
c. Passengers must confirm and ensure that you have sufficient civil behavior competence when using online ticket buying function, ensure the compliance of the set Using Condition as well as have sufficient rights and competence as stipulated by the laws to make behavior relating the use of this function. Passengers take financial responsibility for your own use of this Website or any individuals or organizations that use your name and account. Passengers must control by yourself the use of online ticket buying function with your registered account. 7.3. Regulations on seat reservation
Passengers’ reservation is only ensured when payment is completed.
a. The ticket fare published in the Website is applicable for ticket buying transaction at the time of buying the ticket.
b. Total paid amount includes taxes and passenger insurance for the whole journey.
c. In addition, Laman is not responsible for the fees which may arise under the policy of the card issuing bank.
7.5. Regulations on payment
a. Passengers can pay online to complete the booking.
b. Passengers may be requested to submit their payment card and relevant documents for cross reference when they get ticket at the station. In case of not submitting sufficient documents as requested, passengers will have to buy the new ticket or being refused to be transported.
7.6. Boarding voucher
You will receive a boarding voucher by email when you complete the booking and pay successfully.
Use boarding voucher for check-in, do not need to print it out.
In the case that you do not receive boarding voucher from us, please check your spam folder or notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Travel document
It is necessary for passengers to fully fill in the required information such as full name, passport number.
Passengers are responsible for the accuracy of the required information along with the validity of the bank card which is used to pay for the ticket fare. In some special cases, passengers may be required to submit your bank card along with passport for cross reference when passengers get tickets at the station to ensure the safety of online payment transaction.
When going to the station, passengers must bring with you eligible passport to prove that you are ticket buyers or you are one of on-board passengers as well as reservation code which is provided by the ticket selling system.
Carry-on bags: The train cabins are allowed to carry luggage not to exceed the weight limitation of 20 kgs of adults and 10 kgs of children.
10. Cancellation and refund
For any cancellation request please send email to email@example.com.
Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of ticket booking, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation.
Below are the rules for cancellation charge after the tickets have been issued:
14 < D: 10% charge
7 <= D <= 14: 20% charge
D < 7: Cannot cancel
21 < D: 10% charge
14 <= D <= 21: 20% charge
D < 14: Cannot cancel
11. Children rates
Children under 6 years old do not need to buy ticket, sharing existing seat.
Children at any age want to buy a separate ticket: Pay same price as adult.
We strive to ensure your arrangements are delivered smoothly, however there are times when problems arise on the ground. You should first try to resolve service problems with our representative travelling on the train. If the problem cannot be resolved you should contact the operations hotline +84 866 166 167. If you fail to take these steps you may be affecting your recourse for a future claim. If a problem is not resolved during your journey you should send us written correspondence detailing the nature of your complaint as well as the efforts you went to resolve the problem while on the trip. Please send this correspondence to our email address firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting documentation and/or photos, within 07 days of the date of service problem occurred. We will not consider claims made after this period.
